I enjoy working closely with clients from a wide range of industries, building relationships and helping them achieve their goals.
Growing up, I always enjoyed working with numbers and considered myself an introvert. During college, I discovered my potential to be more communicative and outgoing after joining my sorority, Sigma Kappa Chi. Having the opportunity to connect with hundreds of sorority sisters helped me step out of my comfort zone and develop strong interpersonal skills.
Today, in the professional world, I feel fortunate to be part of Barrad & Shilling where teamwork, effective communication, and mutual support are at the core of our culture.
Career
YG Started her career working with small restaurant businesses doing payroll, bookkeeping and tax return inputs for an EA. She later passed her CPA exams and obtained her CPA license in 2024.

Personal Life
YG enjoys traveling, music, movies, camping, gourmet food, gardening. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends.
In 2021 YG married Michael, who works as an accountant in a non-profit. Together they have a daughter, Emma, who is currently entering her “terrible two” phase.
